I’m building a school demonstrator that drives three different motors: a VFD-controlled AC motor, a DC motor with reversible speed control, and a stepper motor on its own driver. The wiring is complete; now I need the software finished inside Siemens TIA Portal. You will create an intermediate-level WinCC interface with Start/Stop buttons, speed adjustment and direction selection for every drive, plus indicator lights that show each motor’s status. On the PLC side, I need structured control language (SCL) blocks that link those HMI commands to the correct VFD, DC drive and stepper driver I/O, including basic interlocks and fault handling.
