I built an n8n automation for a client, that took over his entire lead flow on a $20/mo setup and cut out around 15 hours a week of manual work, so a supplier-to-sheet pipeline like this fits right into what I do. I'd build this in n8n, a trigger picks up the file whether it comes from a website, Telegram, or scraping, then it runs through your processing rules, renaming and filtering columns, reformatting data, and structuring the final file, before uploading it to your admin panel and logging the result in Google Sheets. Building it supplier-by-supplier means each new source is just a new branch in the same workflow, so scaling up later doesn't mean rebuilding anything.
