Azure AD File Share Setup

The storage account and its file share are already in place; what I now need is the last-mile configuration so users can connect with their Azure AD identities rather than the storage-account key. Here is what I would like you to accomplish: • Switch the existing Azure File Share over to Azure AD-based authentication (Kerberos/NTFS style) without interrupting current data. • Map the share for end users in the cleanest, most automated way; you are free to choose the technique, but if scripting is involved PowerShell is my preferred language. • Align access so each user only sees what their Azure AD security group permits. Some permission tiers are already in place; please review, adjust, or extend them as required. • Supply clear, reusable scripts (or Group Policy objects, if that proves superior) plus concise documentation so we can roll the mapping out to future staff with minimal effort. Acceptance criteria – Drive mounts on Windows 10/11 using Azure AD credentials only. – Least-privilege ACLs reflect the final security-group structure. – Delivered script(s)/GPO tested on at least two test accounts with different permission levels and confirmed working.
