TechnoXPro, a US-focused healthcare services company, is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive (BDE) to support outbound sales targeting US healthcare practices. This long-term, full-time position operates on a night-shift schedule (India time) with fixed monthly compensation and a contract-to-hire structure. Role Overview: The BDE will be responsible for making outbound calls to US clinics, engaging with practice managers and front-desk staff, introducing TechnoXPro’s healthcare support services including virtual assistants, medical scribes, scheduling, and back-office support. The role requires handling objections effectively and scheduling qualified consultation calls for the founder. Key Responsibilities: - Make 80–120 outbound calls per day - Communicate clearly with US healthcare offices - Follow provided scripts and objection-handling framework - Qualify prospects and book consultation appointments for the founder - Update CRM and submit daily reports on call outcomes and lead status. - Perform follow-ups via email/WhatsApp when required Requirements: - Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in healthcare or B2B sectors. - Prior experience in US voice process / BPO / sales - Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage US-based healthcare professionals. - Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. - Strong objection handling and lead qualification skills. - Result-oriented and consistent performer - Familiarity with healthcare administrative processes is a plus. Mandatory Technical Requirements: - Laptop/PC: Intel i5 (7th gen+) or Ryzen 5 - Minimum 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD - Stable broadband internet (50 Mbps+) with backup - USB noise-cancelling headset (no Bluetooth earbuds) - Quiet, professional workspace Tools & Technology Proficiency: - The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with the following tools and platforms (training will be provided where needed): - CRM software for managing leads, logging calls, updating dispositions, and tracking follow-ups (e.g., HubSpot or similar) - VoIP or telephony systems for outbound calling and call tracking - Communication tools such as email platforms, messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp Web), and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/Teams) - Prior experience with these tools is a strong advantage, and the ability to learn new systems quickly is essential. Sample KPIs: - 80–120 calls/day - 2–3 appointments/week - 10+ meaningful conversations/day - Strong follow-up cadence - Accurate Reporting
