I run a SaaS platform that helps schools, gyms, fitness centres, yoga studios and clubs manage memberships, class schedules and online bookings in one place. I now need a self-driven B2B sales professional who can work the local market, pitch our software convincingly and sign up new venues under a commission-plus-basic arrangement. You’ll be operating independently, so you will set your own prospecting rhythm, book your own demos and close the deal yourself, but I’ll provide full product training, marketing collateral and ongoing technical support for the clients you onboard. What I’m looking for: please share concrete examples of past work where you closed similar software deals or built a territory from scratch; that proven track record will help me gauge fit quickly. Freshers interested in speaking to new people are happily welcomed too. Core deliverable • Bring qualified local venues onto the platform and ensure they complete the onboarding steps (account setup, first class listing, payment method added). Success will be measured by the number and quality of active venues you sign each month, at which point commissions are paid out alongside the basic salary. If you thrive on autonomy and already have fitness-sector contacts, this should feel like a natural extension of the work you love doing.
