I own a growing marketing agency and I’m ready to bring in a specialist who can own the entire B2B development funnel for us, with a clear focus on technology and retail brands. Up to now we’ve relied almost exclusively on referrals, so the first objective is to build a predictable pipeline that doesn’t depend on word-of-mouth alone. Your role starts with identifying and qualifying decision-makers inside retail companies that fit our ideal client profile. From there you’ll craft outreach strategies—leveraging referrals where possible and supplementing them with targeted email, LinkedIn, or any other channel you find effective—then deliver compelling pitches, run discovery calls, negotiate terms, and guide the prospect right through to a signed agreement. Once the paperwork is in place you’ll brief my internal team so onboarding can begin smoothly. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable setting up a simple CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or comparable) to track every touchpoint, who can write their own outreach copy, and who feels at ease leading closing conversations with senior retail stakeholders. Success will be measured by the volume of qualified meetings booked, deals closed, and how seamlessly each new client transitions into our onboarding workflow. If you’ve already driven new business for agencies—or sold services to retailers—and can demonstrate a repeatable process, I’d love to hear how you’d tackle this from day one. Your goal is to close minimum 10 high ticket clients (monthly retainer of 3-7 lakhs per client) within 1 month of your provided service.
