LinkedIn Appointment Setter (B2B – Training Institutes & Instructors)

We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Appointment Setter to help us connect with training institutes and course instructors. Your role is simple: Start conversations, qualify prospects, and book high-quality calls on our calendar. This is NOT a generic outreach job. We are looking for someone who understands how to engage, qualify, and move conversations forward. --- **What You’ll Do:** * Reach out to training institutes and course instructors on LinkedIn * Start conversations using our scripts (and improve them over time) * Ask basic qualifying questions * Identify decision-makers * Book qualified calls directly into our calendar * Follow up with leads who don’t respond --- **Who You’ll Be Targeting:** * Training centers / institutes * Course creators (sales, marketing, customer service, etc.) * Instructors already selling courses --- **What We Offer (Value Proposition You’ll Use):** We help training providers increase revenue by adding internationally recognized certification to their courses. --- **Requirements:** * Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach or appointment setting (B2B preferred) * Strong English communication (clear, natural, not robotic) * Ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving * Organized and able to track conversations * Self-driven and results-focused --- **Bonus (Nice to Have):** * Experience in education, training, or online courses * Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, or outreach tools --- **Compensation:** * Fixed + performance bonus per qualified booked call * Additional bonus for closed deals --- **Important:** This role is performance-based.
