The offer you’ll be taking to market is simple: we source, vet, and deliver top tech talent for companies in technology, finance, and healthcare, whether they’re a 20-person start-up or an enterprise with thousands on the payroll. Here’s what success looks like on my side: a healthy pipeline you’ve built yourself, regular updates logged in the CRM (HubSpot or a comparable tool), and closed deals that translate into invoice-ready contracts. Because the role is 100 % commission, the earning potential scales directly with the volume and value of the clients you bring on board; I’m happy to outline tiered percentages for new logos, renewals, and upsells during our kickoff call.
