Bash File Permission & User Scripts

I need two small Bash utilities for my Linux environment on an AWS EC2 instance: 1. A script that receives a filename as an argument, verifies the file exists, then echoes its readability, writability, and executability in a clear, human-friendly format. 2. A second script that accepts a username and immediately tells me whether that user is currently logged in. Both scripts must run cleanly on a standard Amazon Linux 2 (or Ubuntu) EC2 host with no external dependencies beyond core GNU tools. Deliverables • Fully commented Bash files for each task • A brief README explaining usage, expected outputs, and any edge-case handling • Quick step-by-step notes showing how I can launch the EC2 instance, open the correct security-group ports, and connect from my phone with an SSH client so I can execute the scripts remotely Once everything works—simple, readable code, no superfluous output—I’ll test by running each command on the EC2 box from my mobile device. I need this completed in an hour. I already have aws set up and I also have a virtual box with servers
