We’re looking for real, down-to-earth experiences from frequent cyclists—honest, relatable stories from people who use bicycle locks in everyday life. If you ride regularly in the city or work as a delivery rider/courier, we’d love to hear from you. Our goal is simple: to gather user feedback and better understand what people like, dislike, or wish bicycle locks could do. Your insights would be incredibly valuable and will help guide future product improvements. Deliverable: • One 40–60 minute online interview (Zoom/Google Meet) Participation Criteria: • Experience using a $40–$70 chain lock or U-lock • Cycles at least once a week (city riding preferred) Compensation: • A chain lock, or a $50 sleeping bag (your choice) If you’re interested, please feel free to reach out directly.
