Our practice provides PT, OT, SLP, Chiropractic, and ABA services, and as we expand, we need someone who can keep our billing and accounts running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work directly with the company and handle key responsibilities including: • Submitting and managing claims across therapy disciplines • Working rejections and denials to ensure timely resolution • Posting payments and reconciling accounts • Following up on AR to maintain healthy cash flow We use Raintree EMR and Waystar, so hands-on experience with these platforms is REQUIRED. A solid understanding of commercial and Medicaid billing rules is ESSENTIAL.
