I am gearing up to launch a commercial tissue-culture line for bananas and need an expert who can translate proven lab techniques into a dependable, medium-scale production flow of roughly 1,000–10,000 plantlets per batch. The core objective is straightforward: produce vigorous, disease-free banana plantlets that can move from initiation to hardening with minimal loss and consistent phenotypic uniformity. To get there, I’ll rely on your hands-on know-how with Murashige & Skoog (MS) media preparation, the fine-tuning of BAP and IBA concentrations for shoot proliferation and rooting, and strict contamination-control routines inside a laminar flow hood, backed by proper autoclave sterilisation cycles. I already have a basic lab space secured; what I need now is a clear start-to-finish protocol, staff training materials, and at least one monitored pilot run that proves we can hit the target survival rate during acclimatisation. If you have experience scaling banana cultures through temporary immersion bioreactors, that’s a welcome plus, though not essential. Deliverables I expect: • A step-by-step Standard Operating Procedure covering explant selection, sterilisation, multiplication, rooting, and greenhouse hardening • A list of media recipes with exact growth-regulator concentrations and pH adjustments • A contamination-monitoring checklist and daily record sheets ready for print • Remote or on-site guidance through the first pilot batch until 1,000 healthy plantlets are successfully hardened The project will be deemed complete once the pilot batch achieves at least 90 % survival through hardening and the SOP is fully documented, editable, and reproducible by my in-house team.
