Hello to you, I can handle this cleanly and efficiently in Blender. I’ll selectively resize only the required elements of the second STL, apply shrinkwrap so the logo conforms accurately to the curved surface, and perform a precise Boolean subtraction to engrave it onto a single face of the main model. After the cut, I’ll fully clean the mesh—checking for non-manifold edges, stray vertices, and Boolean artifacts—so the final result is watertight and ready for 3D printing. I’ll keep the original orientation and naming conventions intact and deliver both the updated .blend file and the final STL. I’m used to fast, detail-critical mesh prep workflows and can move quickly. If this test run goes well, I’m ready to continue with the remaining four models right away.
