I’m available to start immediately and can support time-sensitive deadlines. I understand the importance of speed, accuracy, and clean deliverables. For each project, I will provide: Takeoff Drawings: Fully colored, all-scope quantity takeoff drawings with clear legends, including by-room area takeoffs and wall length takeoffs separated by wall type. CSV Takeoff Export: Direct export from my takeoff software (PlanSwift / Bluebeam) with page label, item label, quantity, and unit of measure, delivered as the first tab of the Google Sheet. Material List: A detailed, purchasable material list based directly on the takeoff, broken into real products with dimensions (rough, finish, and consumables), using neatline quantities only (no waste factor).
