I am seeking a professional formatter experienced with memoirs and Amazon KDP to prepare my lyrical-memoir manuscript for both Kindle and paperback publishing. The book includes chapters, rhythm-based reflections, and reflection pages featuring a hand-daisy motif. It is essential to preserve the rhythm-based structure, spacing, and Garamond layout correctly for both formats. Reflection pages should have breathing space—one motif per page, centered and gentle. Chapter titles should be centered, and rhythm pages left-aligned with soft indents. The overall feel should be warm and spacious, like cream paper with sunlight. Spelling, punctuation, and capitalization corrections are required throughout the manuscript as part of formatting. A full spelling and consistency check must be included. The manuscript is approximately 36,800 words with a trim size of 4.5x7 inches. Additionally, the final page of the book should feature my shield emblem on its own page without a page number, positioned 5-6 cm above the bottom. Two blank pages should precede this final page, and blank pages should also be added where necessary within other parts of the book. Deliverables must meet Amazon's publishing guidelines while maintaining the artistic integrity of the manuscript. Ideally, I’d like the formatted files ready for upload to Amazon KDP within the next few weeks.
