Our General Contracting company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team! A perfect team member should be organized, motivated, and be able to work independently. You will also be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company as well as aide with administrative duties.

I have accounting experience in various accounting systems (Intuit QuickBooks Online, SAGE SAP, ERP, etc.) and produce financial statements and other reports for supervisors and managers. I have experience in consolidating, forecasting, budgeting, costing, cash flow, multi-currency, including collections, payments, long term debt, inventory, BOM, taxation, bank reconciliation liquidity solutions and more. I am an expert in reconciliation, including reviewing and managing entries of suppliers, customers, and expenses, and classifying transactions according to accounting standards.  I have experience in inventory systems, including physical inventories (COGS) and unique inventory. I have extensive experience with issuing every type of form and determining what effect they have on the stock and accounting. Also, I have an in-depth knowledge of the various inventory processes such as status changing (SQ >DN>IN), and I can identify how/why changes will impact the accounting.  I served as a CFO, Controller and Chief Accountant. During my career, I gained valuable experience in various sectors of the economy, including venture and private investment, start-ups, retail and wholesale trade, insurance, construction, automotive, pharmaceuticals, education, and others. My accumulated experience, knowledge and creativity in work always lead to exceptional results.
