Comprehensive Internal & External Communications Plan

I need a clear, actionable communications plan that covers both our inside audience and the public we serve. Internally, the focus is on boosting employee engagement, strengthening team collaboration, and tightening the way information flows—everything should revolve around our existing intranet/company website as the main hub. Externally, I want consistent messaging that reinforces our brand, clarifies our value, and supports upcoming campaigns. What I expect to receive: • A concise situation analysis that distinguishes internal needs from external objectives. • Strategy, key messages, and recommended tactics—for the intranet/company website on the inside, and press, social, and partner outreach on the outside. • A phased rollout calendar with milestones, owners, and success metrics. • Measurement framework so I can track engagement, collaboration indicators, and public reach. A new strategic plan will be released in January 2026; this plan should include the inclusion of revised strategic pillars, mission, vision, values and purposes statements. Aligned with the culture. Please ground the plan in proven communications principles, cite any frameworks or tools you rely on, and keep the final document practical so my team can implement it without extra translation work.
