I’m about to launch a Substack dedicated to highlighting member stories and interviews, and I’d like an experienced hand to get the platform fully ready for our community-centric rollout. Here’s what I need help with: • Opening and configuring the Substack account, including basic branding (logo, color palette and header images I will supply). • Setting up clear content categories or “sections” so readers can quickly find specific member spotlights, interview transcripts or future special series. • Creating both free and paid subscription options, wording the upgrade prompts in a friendly, low-pressure way and making sure the paywall behaves as intended. • Turning on comments and fine-tuning any moderation settings that encourage healthy discussion without drowning me in admin. • A quick walkthrough (video or written) so I understand how to publish, schedule and tag future posts on my own. I already have the first few interviews drafted; once the structure is in place I’ll upload them myself, so no heavy copy-editing is required. I simply want a clean, well-labeled Substack that makes community engagement effortless from day one.
