Brief Summary of our Application.

We are creating a lead response management solution for pest control companies. Our clients will be the owners of pest control firms who are eager to manage every web form lead that comes to their business. Our typical client will have between 1-100 users.

Key Features of the Software:

When a web form gets submitted it will be sent to a unique email address, that email will be parsed and the information extracted by Mailparser.io. Once the data is pulled from [login to view URL] the users of the appropriate company will receive a text message using Twilio. "{Lead Name} is a new lead for {Company XYZ}! To claim this lead reply "Get Lead"." The user that responds get lead fastest is assigned the lead, and sent the lead data via text message. There will be a short url link in the text message that the user can click to bring up the mobile responsive [login to view URL] web app. (Ideally, being auto logged when clicking the link.) From the [login to view URL] web application the user will be able to see the original lead details, add notes, see past user generated notes, the ability to schedule a follow up (scheduled follow up reminders will be sent via sms when due), the ability to mark a lead "Lost", "Won", or "Pending", and the ability to assign a sales revenue value to that lead.

The users that responded too slow and were not assigned the lead are sent the following message. "{Lead Name} has been assigned to {User who responded fastest}."

Our clients admin user should be able to create users, see all users leads and follow up activity, assign sales revenue value to each lead, assign a lead cost for leads, disable users, and see other meaningful information; such as, # of follow up attempts per lead, and averages, # of leads assigned to each rep and success ratios, response time per lead and average response time, ROI on lead spend, etc.

Clients should be able to self signup and enter billing information-- when they sign up they should also be assigned a unique email address (the email address that they will send lead emails to be parsed by mailparser.io.) and they will be assigned a unique twilio phone number for the sms.

Our team should be able to manually add new clients, see the usage of each client: # of users, # of sms sent, # of leads handled, # of sales revenue reported for leads, avg. lead response time, etc.
