I'm a Building Designer on the Gold Coast with over 14 years producing plan documentation for council as well as provide marketing material (3D renders & walkthroughs) for builders throughout Australia. Archicad is my preferred drafting/design software so I believe I can easily prepare a model of any house you design based on your sketches. The current quoted bid price includes the Archicad model (pln file) as well as a very basic 2D floor plan elevations.
