Hello I am not familiar with codes for Miami, but I think if you have the 68 parking spaces and 45 units on lot it would suffice at this stage of your project, I am also thinking you need Great units with good lighting, connections and a Greater 8 story build I will be happy to try, My pricing might be a bit high but included is any number of revision changes and only paid when you're 100% happy with 30 to 50 3d views for each option / revision ( options for the location of stair and elevator ), parking layout, etc...
