The service is to inspect the progress of the building and approve progress payments for the Bank as part of a 2 town house development. The project is in the Eastern Suburbs if Melbourne, as such you will need to reside in Melbourne for access to the property. There are 10 progress payments in total, more than the usual 5. Dear, I hope you have a progress report I can compare actual work with. I also require a report schedule, work schedule so I have an idea of what to expect when I visit the place for the survey. Although I am in Melbourne the location is not next door it will take me about 45 minutes to an hour to reach the location posted near docklands, also AUD 1500 for an 18 months job does not seem to be a fair price. I would also appreciate if you can provide a payment schedule so I can provide you the report before your agreed payment dates towards the construction project. Regards Ahsan
