this is a project in progress, of a terraced building i.e. it has Party walls for the other neighbouring properties: one on the left & one on the right there were original proposals to deepen the basement and put underpinning under the party walls to strengthen them all agreed However the client wants to make the basement even deeper and wide from left to right therefore we need an engineer to copy the method of underpinning from the old proposal and apply it to the new proposal the old proposal was drawn by hand : the new proposal is in proper autoCAD I expect the structural engineer -experienced in British practices - to analyse the new drawings and think of how to best apply the methodology in a way that would make us proud
