I need a licensed civil / structural engineer who can quickly prepare two documents for a small ground-floor shop (8 ft × 14 ft, roughly 10.4 m²) in Delhi 110042. The space is already built and in good condition, but I have no existing drawings, so both items will have to be created from scratch and stamped for government use. The first deliverable is a Structure Safety Certificate that satisfies the Municipal Corporation of Delhi’s requirements. The second is a simple site plan, again in line with Delhi-specific codes, showing the shop’s footprint and surrounding plot as required for my MCD trade licence application. I will supply on-site photos, measurements and any other details you request. What I need back is: • A signed, sealed PDF of the safety certificate • A signed, sealed PDF of the site plan Please let me know your fee and the turnaround time you can commit to so I can move forward with the licence application without delay.
