Role Overview: You’ll own the process of driving revenue growth. Your mission is to identify local contractors, OEMs, facility managers, and construction firms that need precision sheet metal. You’ll reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events. Your key tasks will be securing project plans and nurturing relationships until purchase orders are secured. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and build relationships with local decision-makers in the HVAC and ventilation sectors. • Send targeted emails and letters of interest to secure project plans. • Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, calls, and events. • Hand off qualified leads (with plans) to the internal quoting process. • Foster relationships until deals are closed. Requirements: • Proven experience in business development or sales. • Familiarity with HVAC or ventilation is a plus. • Strong communication and follow-through. You’ll be the first point of contact—while I handle final quotes and negotiations, you’ll ensure we get that seat at the table!
