Business Development Executive (Exhibitions, Integrated Marketing & Business Automation) Location [On-site / Hybrid / City] Experience 2–6 years (Marketing, Exhibitions, Automation, SaaS, or Consulting background preferred) Employment Type Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Executive who can drive revenue across exhibitions, 360° marketing solutions, and business automation services. The role requires understanding client business challenges and offering growth-oriented solutions—from brand visibility to process automation. This is a solution-selling role, not just a sales role. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Generate new business opportunities for: Exhibitions, trade shows & expos Integrated marketing (digital, offline, print, branding & activations) Business automation solutions (CRM, marketing automation, workflow tools, lead management, dashboards, etc.) Identify and approach potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals & networking Understand client business processes, gaps, and growth challenges Pitch customized end-to-end solutions combining marketing + automation Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercials Negotiate terms and close deals Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets 2. Client Consulting & Relationship Management Act as a strategic advisor during the sales process Build long-term relationships with founders, CXOs, and marketing heads Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, tech, execution, vendors) Ensure smooth handover post-closure and client satisfaction Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 3. Exhibition & On-Ground Marketing Focus Identify brands suitable for exhibitions and industry events Pitch exhibition participation, stall design, branding & sponsorships Liaise with exhibition organizers and partners Support pre-event, during-event, and post-event client engagement 4. Business Automation Focus Identify automation opportunities within client marketing and sales funnels Pitch solutions like CRM setup, lead automation, campaign tracking, and reporting Work closely with tech/automation teams to align client requirements Educate clients on ROI, efficiency, and scalability through automation 5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Track trends in marketing, exhibitions, and automation tools Conduct competitor and market research Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting 6.
