You will take charge of building our B2B presence within a 100 km radius of our head office, focusing on getting our essential oils, carrier oils, and botanical extracts onto the shelves and treatment rooms of health and wellness centers. I will supply a vetted contact list, but you will decide how best to convert each lead—whether that means a one-on-one visit, a persuasive email sequence, or a well-timed phone call. Because this is an early-stage push, I need someone whose background is firmly rooted in business development. You should be comfortable designing a simple sales pipeline, tracking conversations, and closing recurring orders rather than one-off deals. Solid B2B negotiation skills and confident in-person communication are essential; telesales proficiency is a welcome bonus but not a substitute for field work. Deliverables • Daily report of contacts approached, meetings held, and outcomes • weakly sales numbers benchmarked against jointly agreed targets • Action plan for expanding reach once the initial 100 km territory is saturated When you respond, highlight the concrete results you have produced in prior business development roles—percentage growth, accounts won, or similar metrics.
