You will take charge of building our B2B presence within a 100 km radius of our head office, focusing on getting our essential oils, carrier oils, and botanical extracts onto the shelves and treatment rooms of health and wellness centers. I will supply a vetted contact list, but you will decide how best to convert each lead—whether that means a one-on-one visit, a persuasive email sequence, or a well-timed phone call. Because this is an early-stage push, I need someone whose background is firmly rooted in business development. You should be comfortable designing a simple sales pipeline, tracking conversations, and closing recurring orders rather than one-off deals. Solid B2B negotiation skills and confident in-person communication are essential; telesales proficiency is a welcome bonus but not a substitute for field work.
