Luxury Home BD Manager Needed

I own a boutique, luxury-focused custom home company in Calgary that currently builds about two residences a year, each valued at $1.5 million and above, along with select multifamily projects. My goal is to scale to roughly fifteen high-end clients annually and I’m looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven real-estate track record to make that happen. You will take full ownership of client acquisition, blending targeted online marketing with relationship-driven outreach: • Online presence: Plan and execute social-media campaigns, SEO-driven content, and well-placed paid ads on Google and Facebook that speak directly to affluent buyers and developers. • Relationship building: Leverage your Calgary network to open doors with architects, real-estate agents, wealth managers, and landowners, nurturing those contacts into qualified leads. • Exclusive experiences: Conceptualise and host intimate show-home tours, investor evenings, or design-inspiration events that position our brand as the go-to builder for distinctive, high-value properties. What success looks like: an actionable 90-day growth roadmap delivered in your first month, a steady, measurable lead pipeline by month three, and tangible conversion milestones that put us on track for fifteen signed projects within the first year. Experience with real estate and a track record of results will be appreciated. I am open to remote candidates but will give preference to someone based in Calgary. Initial results expected by mid-July.
