I’m setting up a facilitator network that links accredited hospitals and clinics with reputable medical-tourism agencies under clear, mutually beneficial referral agreements. To make this work, I need a business-development specialist who already understands the healthcare space and can move quickly from prospecting to signed partnerships. Your mission is straightforward: • Map and qualify hospitals/clinics and medical-tourism agencies that align with our quality and pricing benchmarks. • Lead outreach, present the value proposition, and handle follow-up until a referral agreement (MoU or similar) is executed. • Keep detailed records of contact data, meeting notes, and agreement terms so the pipeline stays transparent. Acceptance criteria: 1. A vetted shortlist of potential partners (minimum 20 hospitals/clinics and 10 agencies across key destinations). 2. At least five signed referral agreements ready for onboarding, complete with agreed patient-routing procedures and commission structures. 3. A concise final report summarizing results, challenges, and next-step recommendations. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills and an existing network in popular medical destinations (Turkey, India, Thailand, Mexico, etc.) will be a major plus.
