I’m rolling out the OttUS earbuds line across the country and want a specialist who can turn promising leads into fully-signed partners. Your mission is to identify stockists and distributors that tick three non-negotiable boxes—experience in electronics, a wide distribution network, and a solid, reputable market presence—then guide them through to an exclusive distribution agreement with us. What the work involves • Sourcing and qualifying prospects nationwide using industry directories, LinkedIn, trade shows, or any other proven channels you prefer. • Opening the conversation, presenting our product deck and commercial terms, and narrowing the list to the most viable candidates. • Coordinating calls, sample shipments, and negotiations until all parties are ready to sign. • Liaising with our legal counsel (or yours, if you have one) to draft and execute an exclusive distribution agreement that protects both sides and spells out territories, targets, and after-sales support. • Delivering a clean, well-documented hand-off—contact sheets, communication logs, signed contracts, and an onboarding checklist—so my internal team can start supplying them immediately. Success for me looks like a set of fully executed exclusive agreements with credible national partners and clear next steps for rollout. For the OttUS earbuds rollout, I would manage the process end to end, starting with identifying and qualifying electronics stockists and distributors who already have a strong market presence, an active distribution network, and relevant category experience. Once qualified, I handle outreach, present the product and commercial terms, coordinate calls and samples, and drive discussions around pricing, territories, exclusivity, targets, and after sales responsibilities until both sides are aligned. I regularly work on exclusive distribution arrangements and can liaise directly with your legal counsel, or support drafting, to ensure the agreement is practical, balanced, and execution ready. The final handover will include vetted partner details, communication records, signed agreements, and a clear onboarding checklist so your internal team can begin supply immediately. I do not offer digital marketing services.
