Business Development Officer (Commission-Based) – Remote Job Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Industry: IT & Professional Services Work Mode: Remote We are a service-based company looking for an experienced Business Development Officer (BDO) / Marketing Specialist who can independently generate leads, approach potential clients, and successfully convert them into long-term customers. This role is strictly commission-based and is ideal for professionals who are confident in their sales abilities and comfortable working on performance-driven compensation. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and other relevant channels Initiate contact with prospects and present our services professionally Manage end-to-end lead conversion from first contact to deal closure Maintain clear communication and follow-ups with prospects Share basic progress updates on outreach and conversions Compensation 10% commission on the total contract value for every successful conversion Commission is calculated per deal and paid upon successful closure Example: If you close a deal worth $5,000, your commission will be $500. Requirements Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (service-based industry preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Experience with LinkedIn and outbound outreach strategies Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Important Note This position is commission-only.
