I need a comprehensive business plan that will impress Australian investors and lenders and secure fresh capital for our multi-entity retail group. We operate supermarkets, fuel stations, property and a growing logistics arm, however the expansion strategy must zero-in on the supermarket division first, then show how the other entities support and amplify that growth. Here is what the finished document must contain and the depth I’m expecting: • An executive summary that sells the vision in two pages or less. • Detailed ACT and NSW retail market research—size, trends, regulatory landscape and consumer behaviour—with credible, recent data sources clearly cited. • A competitive analysis that maps our supermarkets against the majors and independents, plus commentary on fuel, property and logistics rivals where relevant. • A revenue model linking each entity, highlighting cross-subsidies and synergies. • An operational framework that explains site selection, supply-chain flows, staffing models and governance across the group. • Robust 3–5 year financial projections (P&L, cash-flow and balance sheet) with assumptions spelled out. This section is mission-critical; stress-test scenarios, build in sensitivity tables and illustrate funding requirements. • A supermarket-led expansion strategy showing rollout timelines, capex needs and expected ROI. • Clear milestones, risk assessment and exit options for investors. Please structure the plan in Word, lay it out professionally with branded headers, charts and tables, then export a print-ready PDF. If you have recent experience with Australian retail data sources (IBISWorld, ABS, industry bodies) and advanced financial modelling skills in Excel or similar, you’ll be able to hit the ground running.
