We are asking for investment in order to open a chain of Gyms of a major Sports brand.
We are opening first (year 1) 5 Gyms in the UK, 4 Gyms in Europe in year 2 and another 4 Gyms in Europe in year 3.
We are asking for GBP (sterling) 30 Million and the investor will have a 30% participation in all gyms for the amount given.
The investor wants to exit in the end of a 5 year period, so we need to show realistically how much he will be making. (We have available all numbers and figures; membership amounts, capacity of each gym, estimations regarding how many people will be in each gym, etc etc).
