Key points you will handle: • Re-organise the draft so it flows logically from executive summary through scope, methodology, timeline, and value proposition. • Strengthen every section with clear, benefit-focused language tailored to construction stakeholders—estimators, project managers, and procurement teams. • Ensure technical details remain accurate while eliminating jargon that could confuse non-technical readers on the approval panel. • Add any missing elements typical in winning construction proposals (risk-management approach, safety record highlights, sustainability practices, etc.) where appropriate. • Deliver a final, professionally formatted document in both Google Docs and an export-ready PDF.
