Simple Inventory System

Need a simple Windows based inventory program. The program will update a MS Access database (mdb file). Would also like the entry to be done by a bar code scanner. The program will have the ability to checkin and checkout items. The user should also be able to look up the history of the checkin/checkout. Operations: CHECKIN - user enters the item catalog number, quantity, and purchase order number. This will update the database with the information provided and timestamp CHECKOUT - user enters the item catalog number, quantity, and invoice number. This will update the database with the information provided and timestamp LOG - user enters the item catalog number which displays the history of the item. history should display the date, timestamp, invoice # and quantity and if this is a checkout/checkin. User should also be able to display checkin/checkouts by date. BARCODE SCANNER INPUT - the user should be able to scan a bar code for an item and automatically fill in the item catalog number entry for the checkin/checkout form. Entries should be bar code scanner input friendly.
