Email extractor and emailer using proxy

I am looking for an email extractor on which i set the main domain i.e [url removed, login to view] it will browse all the links and rip emails from of the site. And store them in a text file or i can auto email them at the same time as extracting using proxy.

It must allow html email support as well as text only.

And the ability to block certain emails from entering or being mailed.

I.e .gov admin@ *@[url removed, login to view] all set in the settings.

It must browse nicely and work fast.
