C++ class to emulate window speech recognition (WSR) commands.

I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C++. I need a class (let’s call it SpeechManager), with only one method (only 1 for now, we might add more later in another project):

int emulate_cmd(std::string cmd);

//emulates a window speech recognition (WSR) command, specified by cmd.

//works similar to the <emulateRecognition> WSR macro

Requirements:

1. Before submitting your code, make sure you test it on your own computer with cmd = “show numbers“.

2. No error handling needed for now, just the minimal working code.

3. You only need to write one function, so the deliverable should be just one very small file (you can optionally include a separate header file SpeechManager.h if you want). No GUI application of course.

4. No frameworks, such as QT, or external libraries, just Windows API calls to initialize the windows speech engine, and emulate a command. (If I remember correctly, that last function might be called EmulateRecognize, but not 100% sure)
