The Azure chatbot has already been developed in Microsoft Bot framework using C# It's a customer service chatbot. I am a student and I will need guidance how to do certain tasks. For now the link to live agent (human support) is not working any more because the system is getting upgraded from internal intranet (within company) to external customer website. I'm new to this and I'm a student. I'm aftaid to loose my internship/student job if I can't do it. I will do the task myself, I will share my skype screen. I need somebody as quickly as possible. I will also have future tasks that I will need help for.
