making a kids game based On unity and C#

my game focuses on the children whom ages are between 5 – 10 years old, it aims to educate the kids about the seas and the fishes that live in it, by showing the exact fish type with its name on it.
When the kids open the game, you get to choose from 4 seas, when you choose, the game starts, we have an endless game, the sea snake is at the left of screen, we can control it by going up or down, and fish appears from right, our sea snake is always moving to the right, when the fish is face to face with the sea snake, then the sea snake eats it.
To keep the kids interested in the game, the game will be a competitive one, when the score is increasing the difficulty of the game will increase, like the game should go faster or increase the number of mines or death traps, or both, there will be 2 kinds of traps, a fish net that ends the game, sharks that bite the sea snake , the sea snake gets bitten 3 time until it dies, so we must have a health bar also, when the snake dies, there is a possibility of continuing the game if the player has extra lives.
Plus to make even more interesting, the Sea snake will be able to eat fish plus collect coins, pearls and health, gift boxes that contains lives, double bonus or triple bonus, but the score given by eating fish should be larger than coins or pearls so the kids will target the fishes more.
When the game is finished, the kids will be notified about the number of fish that the sea snake ate and their types, along with the player score and the best score.
