I need a complete data-acquisition solution for an automated motor test bench. The system must reliably capture Temperature, Speed and Voltage readings, and it also needs to handle AC and DC Current and Torque so that every electrical and mechanical aspect of the test is covered. Here is what I expect when the work is finished: • Hardware integration documents – sensor selection, signal-conditioning diagrams and the recommended DAQ interface (USB, Ethernet or PCIe) sized for up to fifteen simultaneous channels. • Application software – a Windows-based program that automatically sequences the test, streams data in real time, displays live plots and logs results to a file format that can be opened directly in Excel. A simple calibration and channel-mapping screen should be included so future sensors can be added without coding. • Source code and build instructions – I am open to LabVIEW, Python (PyDAQmx), or a C#/C++ solution as long as it installs easily and runs without paid dependencies. • Verification – a short video or remote session that proves Temperature, Speed, Voltage, Current and Torque are read correctly and saved while the bench cycles through at least one automated run. If parts of the job call for test scripts, firmware tweaks or custom PCBs, feel free to propose them; what matters is that the final package lets me press “Start Test,” walk away and come back to a fully logged data file with all five parameters.
