C++, Win32API, C#, ASP.NET rockstar: Coder and Documentation helper

Looking for a rockstar C++, C# and ASP.NET to join our team. Russian / Ukraine speakers especially encouraged with strong English skills. On the one hand, we need someone to help with our C++, C# and ASP.NET backlog of our product. On the other hand, we have a very large codebase which needs better documentation. We are a commercial, off the shelf project ... for IT Admin in a Windows Active Directory network. And we have a a LOT of end-user documentation and videos, but our internal docs are are poor. So, this position would be two parts: Part 1: Help us thru our backlog of bugs and features. Again: C++, C# and ASP.NET preferred. Strong Win32API skills preferred. Javascript and making powershell tools a plus. Part 2: Own the documentation PROCESS. Getting to know our systems and systematically asking our current developers for documentation and ORGANIZING it. The goal would to then help quickly on-board new devs in the future. The software is part desktop (C++ and C#), part web service (ASP.NET). We're looking for a full time team member (so at least a year) if this works out. If interested, start with the word WIN32API in your reply. Failure to do this will be immediate disqualification.
