I need a qualified stress analyst to run five small-diameter petroleum piping models in Caesar II (or an equivalent program) and demonstrate that they meet ASME B31.4. The welded lines are all 150-lb carbon-steel headers that tie into an API 650 storage tank, and the key outcome is an accurate set of nozzle and shell loads so we can finalise the tank reinforcing pad. Scope of analysis • Build or refine the five provided Caesar models, confirm material and section data, and set up all design temperatures and pressures I will supply. • Apply the seismic acceleration parameters I provide and perform a Response Spectrum Analysis. • Combine those seismic results with temperature and internal pressure cases so the governing load combinations are clearly shown. What I will give you – Native Caesar files for the “simple” starting models (elbows, reducers, and support locations already sketched). – The full design basis: allowable stresses, SIFs, seismic spectra, temperature/pressure tables, and lateral spread at each tank during seismic event Deliverables 1. Editable Caesar (or compatible) model files for all five systems. 2. A concise stress report that includes: • Code compliance summaries for each load case • Table of forces/moments at the tank nozzle in global and local axes • Recommended spring or rigid support tweaks or flex hose if any limits are exceeded 3. PDF plots of deflected shapes for the controlling seismic combinations. Acceptance criteria • All stresses within B31.4 allowable limits. • Nozzle loads reported at operating, occasional, and sustained conditions. • Clear documentation of every load case and combination used. I’m ready to answer questions quickly and can turn around missing inputs within a day, so let me know what else you need before you start.

Hello, I can support you in completing the Caesar II stress analysis for your five small-diameter petroleum piping systems and verifying compliance with ASME B31.4. I’m a Mechanical Engineer with over 2 years of experience in piping design and stress analysis, including working with Caesar II concepts, load cases, supports, and code compliance. I also have hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D piping systems, and I can share samples of my piping/stress-related work. My approach: • Review and refine your existing Caesar models (geometry, materials, section properties) • Verify input data: temperatures, pressures, SIFs, allowable stresses • Apply seismic Response Spectrum Analysis using your provided spectra • Define and run all relevant load cases (sustained, operating, occasional, seismic combinations) • Extract and verify nozzle loads at the API 650 tank in both global and local axes • Evaluate results against ASME B31.4 allowable limits Deliverables: Updated, editable Caesar II model files for all five systems Concise stress analysis report, including: • Code compliance summary for each load case • Nozzle load tables (forces & moments) • Clear load case combinations • Recommendations (supports, springs, flexibility improvements if needed) PDF plots showing deflected shapes for governing seismic cases

Hi, I have strong experience in Caesar II piping stress analysis, ASME B31.4 compliance checks, seismic load evaluation, and mechanical piping systems for tank-connected process lines. I can take your existing models, validate the inputs and load cases, run the response spectrum and combined operating and occasional cases correctly, then deliver clear nozzle and shell load results with practical support recommendations if any line needs adjustment. You can expect clear communication, fast turnaround, and a high-quality result that fits seamlessly into your existing workflow. Best regards, Juan
