CIVIL CAD Design - Parking Lot Expansion

A commercial building is adding a truck/employee entrance and separating the existing customer/shared entrance from the employee/loading area with new curb and gutter and landscaping. The design will require WB-67 turning radius and movement design onto public roadway and small parking lot expansion. There will also be a 2000 - 2600 SF building addition that will also be completed (all building design by others). Please see the preliminary marked up plan for reference of the design requirements. In addition, please see the attached PDF Plan set and CAD file from the existing (as-built) project. The project schedule is 60% plans by Dec 15th, 2018 and complete plans by Jan 10th, 2019. (Assume single plan sheet plan) We are a small engineering company looking for additional help with CAD work only. We will check all drainage/slopes and complete red-line edits and provide text/details as required. One project posted, but future work may be possible. Schedule is very important, thanks!
