I’m ready to move from finished architectural plans to a fully engineered SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) home and need a licensed structural engineer who lives and breathes SIP construction. The project is residential, so all calculations, details and inspections must comply with the latest IRC and local amendments. Here’s where your expertise comes in: I need you to convert my completed drawings into a full SIP design package, stamp-ready. That means panel sizing, load-path analysis, connection detailing, and all structural calculations required by the building department. Once the plans are submitted, I’ll also rely on you for the formal inspections and final approval sign-off, ensuring field installation matches the engineered intent. If you’re comfortable working in AutoCAD or Revit, can produce sealed calculations, and are available for on-site or virtual inspections during key milestones, I’d like to hear how quickly you can turn this around and what information you need from me to get started.
