I have a batch of PDF drawings that show flat laser-cut sheet profiles. I need each profile recreated exactly as shown—no extra offsets, kerf, or simplifications—in DXF format so my laser supplier can drop them straight onto the cutter. The scope is focused solely on those laser cutting profiles; the 3D isometric details in the PDFs can be ignored for now. Accuracy is critical: line weights, hidden lines, or notation that do not belong on the cut path should be left out, and all geometry must be true-size (1:1) when opened in any standard CAD/CAM package. Alongside the DXF files, I also want a native SolidWorks file of the same geometry so I can make edits later. If you normally work in another system, that is fine as long as the end result opens cleanly in SolidWorks 2020 or newer—no broken sketches or imported-body issues.
