During the Covid 19 pandemic, many people lost their jobs, and the need arose to start their own small business to survive. These people don't necessarily possess the financial and administrative skills to keep growing their businesses, but they also can't afford to appoint full-time bookkeepers, administrative assistants, and HR staff. On the other hand, some persons can fill this gap, but they don't want to be tied down to an office with 9 to 5 hours anymore. These people are professionals who can manage their schedule, they are motivated and hard-working, but they don't want to take the leap to self-employment. I plan on filling this gap by creating a web-based, virtual office for these entrepreneurs. In this virtual office, they will have the option of working with a Virtual assistant, HR staff, or Financial staff, or a combination of the three - whatever their needs are. They are also in charge of selecting their basket of services so that they know beforehand what the costs will be. For instance, a virtual assistant may have to take calls, book appointments, answer emails, and manage Social Media for the business. A bookkeeper only manages the cashbooks, and there is no need for an HR assistant. The client will have dedicated staff members so that they can get to know each other and build a working relationship. The name and logo for this business should be something fun and not intimidating. New entrepreneurs should get a sense that this is something that can work well for them, which is professional, quality services, that they can easily access and which is affordable.
