I’m setting up a combined wood-and-metal workshop focused on manufacturing furniture, and I’m ready to move from ideas to physical space. At this stage I need specialists working hand-in-hand: * an interior designer, someone good in using autocad and 3d max to turn my visions and sketches into visuals • a metal fabricator who can weld and install sturdy steel frames for workbenches, tool stands and storage racks • a carpenter able to build the complementary hardwood tops, assembly tables and jig fixtures that will let us start producing furniture immediately You’ll be shaping a blank industrial unit into a safe, efficient production floor. I have an overall concept in mind but will rely on your practical know-how for layout suggestions, material take-offs and the actual build. Think MIG/TIG welding for the frames, precise joinery for the benchtops, and smart space planning so sheet goods, lumber and metal stock all flow logically from storage to saws, weld bays and finishing. Key deliverables I’d like to see: – Detailed shop drawings or 3-D models for each workstation (CAD, SketchUp or similar) – Fabrication and installation of 4–6 heavy-duty steel workbenches with integrated power and clamping points – Carpentry of matching tops, shelves and a mobile assembly table capable of handling full-size furniture pieces – On-site fit-out, alignment and finishing so everything is level, square and ready for production day one I’ll coordinate electrical and dust extraction separately, but I’m happy to integrate your recommendations into the overall plan. Once the core stations are in, we can talk about a broader interior design touch, yet for now the priority is rock-solid, production-ready infrastructure.
