Hi, I can help you to resolve this error and will fix centos 7.5 booting process .It seems you have duplicate lvm2 processes and not able to update caching I have good experience of linux server configurations I hope that i can better help you to configure all.

kill the first pid then run the cmd which are you trying to run because its been used by the other pid Hello, How are you? i can complete this project.
