We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position requiring fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, business-driven environment. Must be proficient using LLM models and similar tools such as : Chat GPT and / or Claude. ------>>> (Generating videos with AI tools and Video Editing skills is not required but is a "Big Plus" because we may need to create a few videos throughout the week whenever work gets slow..) -----KEY RESPONSIBILITIES----- Provide customer support and assist with inbound calls from customers and sales agents Conduct research and perform accurate data entry as needed Update and manage CRM records and internal systems Assist with onboarding new clients, sales agents, and ambassadors Make occasional outbound calls when required Create presentations or slide decks using AI and digital tools Attend 1–2 virtual Zoom meetings per week Participate in periodic product training to stay knowledgeable about our systems and processes Communicate effectively with team members and clients via chat, email, and phone -----QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS----- *******Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in customer support is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and AI-based software tools Ability to multitask and follow detailed instructions Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Professional, responsible, and team-oriented attitude ****Video Editing Skills is a Plus (Capcut, Video AI Software, Etc,.) -----WHAT WE OFFER----- Full-time remote position Training on our products and systems Opportunity to grow within the company Supportive and collaborative team environment If you are a motivated, bilingual professional looking for a stable full-time virtual role, we would love to hear from you.
