We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer / R&D Specialist in Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquette Production for Hookah/Shisha, and must be located in Indonesia Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 1- Formulation & Recipe: Optimize binder ratios (Tapioca/Corn Starch, water percentage, and additives) to achieve high density, low ash (<2.5%), long burn time, and white ash without cracking or odor. 2- Extrusion & Pressing: Advise on paste consistency, screw/piston pressure optimization, and resolving structural defects during pressing. 3- Drying & Curing: Establish optimal drying time and temperature curves (Oven/Tunnel Drying) to prevent internal moisture retention or cracking. requirements: * Proven hands-on experience in coconut charcoal briquetting line setup or formula development. * Deep understanding of chemical binders and physical properties of carbonized coconut shells. * Ability to provide step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
